Three cast, pierced and beaded feet; beaded circular tray with molded rim; engraved border of flower heads and foliage connected by a wavy ribbon enclosed in stippled bands; Lisbon City mark and maker's mark stamped amid decoration; initials on back unclear, possibly IAPM or JAPM.
