Object Name Candelabrum
Date early 19th century
Description Set of two brass and bronze candelabrum, [English or French], early 19th century. Circular, bronze pedestal base; tapering, cylindrical bronze body, topped by bulbous form with guilloche banding on a tiered foot, topped by a thin brass stem; abstract brass heraldic symbol and egg and dart molding on body; two scrolled brass arms extend from bulbous section of body; arms feature molded floral candle cups and glass prism pendants; thin brass stem at top of candelabrum features two additional tiers of glass prism pendants suspended from curved brass arms with orchid terminals; beaded and petaled finial; green felt under base.
